RS789 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

Welcome to RS789 — an online gaming platform operated for and available to players in Pakistan. These Terms and Conditions (referred to throughout this document as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the player, and RS789 regarding your access to and use of the RS789 platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered through rs789.im.

RS789 is committed to providing Pakistani players with a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming experience. These Terms are written in clear, straightforward English so that every player — whether based in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, or anywhere else across Pakistan — can understand exactly what is expected of them and what RS789 commits to in return.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the RS789 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between RS789 and its players. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and any promotional materials or other communications, these Terms shall take precedence.

To register and play at RS789 you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. RS789 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. RS789 operates a strict 18+ policy and will close any account found to belong to a person under the minimum age. Any winnings accumulated on such an account will be forfeited.
• Residency: RS789 is designed for players in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that using this platform is permitted under the laws applicable to you.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons under legal guardianship or declared legally incompetent may not register.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one RS789 account. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether under the same or different names — will be closed, and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.
• Own Identity: You must register using your own real name and contact details. Accounts registered under false identities or on behalf of another person are prohibited.

Registration at RS789 is free of charge. To create your account you will need to provide a valid mobile number and create a secure password. RS789 may request additional information for verification purposes — this is standard practice and exists to protect both you and the platform.

You are responsible for keeping your RS789 login credentials — including your password — confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members. RS789 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact RS789 support immediately.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials at all times.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify RS789 immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

RS789 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point. Verification may involve submitting a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), mobile number verification, or other reasonable documentation. Failure to complete a verification request within the timeframe specified by RS789 may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

RS789 accepts deposits through the following payment methods available in Pakistan: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposits are processed in PKR. RS789 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges that are outside RS789's control.

The minimum deposit amount at RS789 is Rs 200. There is no maximum limit on deposits, though very large deposits may be subject to additional verification under RS789's anti-money-laundering obligations.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your RS789 account — are strictly prohibited.
• RS789 is not responsible for delays in deposit processing caused by your payment provider or mobile network.
• If a deposit is not reflected in your RS789 balance within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number for immediate assistance.
• RS789 reserves the right to reverse deposits and return funds to the originating account if fraud or unauthorised payment is suspected.

RS789 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. Mobile wallet withdrawals to Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of a request being approved. Bank IBFT transfers normally settle within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required.

Withdrawals must be made to an account registered in your own name and held at a Pakistani financial institution or mobile wallet service. RS789 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal — see Section 6.
• RS789 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Delays caused by a player's failure to complete verification promptly are not the responsibility of RS789.
• In cases where fraud is suspected, RS789 may suspend withdrawals pending investigation. Players will be notified of the investigation and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying information.

RS789 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Every bonus offered by RS789 comes with specific terms that govern how it can be used and when winnings from bonus play can be withdrawn. All bonus-specific terms are published on the RS789 Promotions page and players are encouraged to read them carefully before claiming any offer.

The following general bonus rules apply across all RS789 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• One bonus per player, per promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player may claim each promotion once. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts constitute a violation of these Terms.
• Wagering requirements: Most RS789 bonuses carry a wagering requirement — this is the total amount you must bet before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20× means you must wager 20 times the bonus value).
• Wagering contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game type and are detailed on the specific promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your balance automatically.
• Abuse: RS789 reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses if it has reasonable grounds to believe a player is exploiting promotional offers in bad faith.

RS789 is committed to providing a genuinely fair gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Every game title available on RS789 — including Poker, Ludo Games, Fishing Games, Crash Games, Jackpot Slots, and Virtual Sports — operates under a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure that all game outcomes are random, unpredictable, and free from bias.

Individual game rules are published within each game's interface. Players are expected to familiarise themselves with the rules of any game they play at RS789. Claiming unfamiliarity with game rules is not an acceptable basis for disputing an outcome.

• In multiplayer games — including Poker, Ludo, and Fishing Games — all players compete under identical rules and conditions.
• Where a technical error occurs during a game session, RS789 will either replay the affected round or refund the stake, at RS789's discretion.
• Game results displayed on your screen are final once confirmed by the RS789 server. Client-side display issues do not override server-recorded results.
• RS789 uses anti-collusion monitoring across all multiplayer games. Players found to be coordinating with others to gain an unfair advantage will have their accounts suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at RS789. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks after using funds for gaming is a serious violation. RS789 will pursue recovery of fraudulently disputed funds through all available legal means.
• Money Laundering: Using RS789 to deposit and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of money is illegal and strictly prohibited. RS789 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated tools to meet wagering requirements, or otherwise exploiting RS789 promotions in bad faith.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in poker, Ludo, or any other game to gain an unfair advantage over uninvolved participants.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to play RS789 games. All gameplay must be conducted by a real human player.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or play through your RS789 account, even temporarily.
• Exploiting Technical Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, display glitches, or pricing errors. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of a known error may be voided.

RS789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward RS789 staff or other players.
• At the player's own request — for example, as part of a self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy.

When an account is suspended for investigation, any balance in the account will be held pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, RS789 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance to offset losses caused by the violation.

Players who wish to close their RS789 account voluntarily may do so by contacting RS789 support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

RS789 collects and processes personal data from its players in order to provide and improve the RS789 service, verify eligibility, process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Full details of what data RS789 collects, how it is used, and how it is protected are set out in the RS789 Privacy Policy.

By registering at RS789, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. RS789 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to provide the RS789 service.

You have the right to request access to the personal data RS789 holds about you and to request corrections if any data is inaccurate. Such requests should be submitted to support@rs789.im.

RS789 is committed to responsible gaming. We want every player to enjoy gaming at RS789 as a form of entertainment — not as a financial strategy or a way to solve personal problems. Gaming should always be fun. If it stops being fun, or if you find yourself spending more than you can comfortably afford, RS789 has tools to help.

• Deposit Limits: Available through your account settings. Daily, weekly, and monthly limits can be set at any time. Limits can be lowered immediately; increases take effect after 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a set duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary break (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent exclusion from RS789. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in or deposit.
• Reality Checks: On request, RS789 can configure periodic pop-up reminders during play showing session duration and net gaming result.

RS789 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While RS789 makes every effort to ensure the platform is accessible at all times and that games function correctly, RS789 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for losses caused by:

• Platform downtime or maintenance periods, where reasonable prior notice has been provided.
• Internet or mobile network connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Technical failures or errors on the part of third-party payment processors.
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or regulatory interventions.

RS789's liability to any individual player in connection with use of the RS789 platform shall not exceed the player's real-money balance at the time of the claim. RS789 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.

RS789 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects player rights or obligations — RS789 will provide reasonable notice through the platform, by email, or by other appropriate means.

Your continued use of RS789 after a change to these Terms has been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using RS789 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 above.

RS789 encourages all players to check this page periodically to stay informed about the current Terms. The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently updated.
